In 2020 Panania Diggers SC is aiming to have at least one team in all available female grades.
Last year saw the introduction of all-girls competition in the Under 6-7 Grade and Bankstown District Amateur Football Association (BDAFA) are hoping to expand the all girls juniors competitions into other grades.

We want girls to come and play for us. We offer a fun and inclusive culture with a real family atmosphere. In order to encourage girls and women we will be providing free shorts, socks and shin-pads to all new female registrations.
