The Dragons got the ball down to their goal early missing the first attempt thanks to Daniel in goals but scored soon after. Izaac's kicking game was on fire. Jarrod intercepted a magnificent run from the Dragons with Scotty providing much needed support. Jonathan was wherever the ball was and Lachlan and Patrick were showing some great team work, unfortunately Lachlan's goal was just not to be. Patrick had a go soon after but the Dragons were keeping us at bay. Jarrod finally evened the score to 1-1. Well done Jarrod. Cameron was showing some brilliant dribbling skills (with his feet that is). Daniel was kept busy in goal saving some great ones. The second half saw Patrick having a turn as goalie and doing a great job. Daniel saw an opening for a goal and took it making the score 2-2. But victory was just not to be making the Dragons the better team of the day. Well done Pearls. Everyone played a great game. Player of the Match was Scott Thompson. Achievement Awards to Lachlan Smith and Jarrod Stokehill.
