On a frosty morning and two players down we knew we had a task ahead of us. Thank you Lachlan Barbagello for filling in the first half for us. Today was hard. With some great defensive work from our backs. Josh B was non stop tackling and winning the ball then making great breaks down the line. Some of us are still tackling our own Panania Players. You need to wait for the ball and not run in on the person. Our backs Jack S, Josh B, Tihan and Daniel were brilliant. They never stopped tackling and kicking the ball up. We were again in Bankstown face the majority of the time and were unlucky not to come away with more goals. Jonty made some great breaks. Our halves Dylan, Josh S, Luke and Tahlia were non stop passing the ball up. Our first goal was scored by Dylan he took a shot from way out and scored. After that Bankstown made a break and our halves did not get back in time to help. Some of our backs were out of position which enabled Bankstown to level the score. Zac our goal keeper again had a fantastic game and never stopped trying. In the midfield you need to help the backs as well. After that we tried to come back with another goal and were unlucky not to have. Keep on passing and hold your positions.
