What a game! The Emeralds were outstanding! We certainly gave the Sports a run for their money. The Sports were really impressed with the match and the competition we provided. They have won all their matches by huge scorelines. Last time we met they beat us 7-0. Today we were another side. The scoreline does not reflect the quality of the match. Logan played an outstanding game and managed 2 goals. He fought back from injury to play an awesome game. Lachlan scored our other goal. He was a star once again and was unlucky not to get a few more. Saja was as enthusiastic as usual. She�s never affraid of competition and was also unlucky not to score. Karim did a great job in defeence and goals, with some great saves. James made some handy kicks in attack. Each week he continues to grow as a player. Noah was a useful kicker today and made some powerful shots, well done Noah. Luke played half a game in goals and made many saves. He was then strong in attack and defence on the field. Matthew once again demonstrated great defence in the backs. He is certainly becoming a wonderful player. Marcus made some clever breaks with the ball. He stood up to a tough Sports defence. Well done Marcus. Thanks for another awesome game Emeralds!
