A great game was played today. With Daniel Hamer in NZ and Nick off sick, we were left with no reserves. It was a very hot day for the spectators so I can only assume that it was extremely hot for the players. There are a few players who deserve a special mention today. Obviously Jack Cassar who scored the one and only goal (although he did manage to go close on at least 8 other occasions) � I don''t know where he gets his energy from. Owen also had a terrific game as goalkeeper, the crowd was applauding his defence on their 3 attempts at goal. Sam Hudson and Chris Natali were both fully involved in the game � attacking, attacking and attacking! Harley and Daniel Tadros were terrific in defence this week. Harley pops up at the crucial moment to clear the ball when things are not going our way. Daniel has lots of energy and speed to get to the ball and kick it back in our direction. Congratulations to all for a good game.
